OUR STORY.

A.Y.ZERO was born from a vision — to remind humanity that true royalty begins within. We believe in returning to the Zero Zone — that sacred place of clarity, humility, and divine love — where ego dissolves, compassion leads, and the heart remembers its crown.

About the Founder

The journey began in Lagos, Nigeria, where Ayo Manuel Ajisebutu, also known as Prince Ayo Manuel, sold a poster on the streets with a message that would define his life’s work: “Love Don’t Hate.”
That same spirit echoed in his 1983 album, Love Candidate, a disco-funk project that surprised and inspired music lovers in the West — proving that such soulful rhythm could emerge from Nigeria.

Years later, in Oakland, California, Prince Ayo Manuel helped lead the movement to free Ken Saro-Wiwa, the Nigerian poet and environmental activist executed for defending truth and humanity.
From Lagos to San Francisco, Oakland, and Los Angeles, every chapter of his journey has carried one enduring truth:

“Royalty is lived first, styled second.”

The Zero Crest, our Lioness emblem, stands as the guardian of that truth — power expressed through love, strength guided by humility, and majesty born of service.

At A.Y.ZERO, fashion is not the destination — it’s the doorway.
A doorway into remembrance, responsibility, and love in motion.

This is our story — the evolution of art, courage, and compassion into a global movement of Royal Hearts.
Now it’s time to make it yours.

Behave Royally. Love Wholly. Rise Together.

The Zero Crest — A Symbol Worth Wearing

The Zero Crest is more than a logo — it is a living reminder of who you truly are.
It carries the spirit of the Lioness: fierce in love, gentle in strength, and unwavering in truth.

Hidden within her lines is a sacred detail —
the silhouette of a woman looking inward,
a quiet symbol of wisdom and inner power.
She reminds us that true majesty begins within,
where clarity awakens, humility leads, and love crowns the soul.

When you wear the Zero Crest, you don’t just wear an emblem —
you wear a calling.
A call to rise with dignity,
to walk with compassion,
to live with intention,
and to let your presence inspire others to do the same.

This crest is for those who choose royalty of character,
who lead with love,
who uplift humanity,
and who dare to stand for unity in a divided world.
